Ultrafiltration + Reverse Osmosis (UFBW)

plants are designed to treat water, with 22,000 – 35,000 mg/L of dissolved solids (TDS) and < 50 mg/L of suspended solids (TSS), to achieve potable water quality. Waterland’s Ultrafiltration (UF) Systems are designed to treat water, with < 50 NTU of Turbidity, 50 mg/L Suspended Solids (TSS), 50 mg/L of COD and < 10 mg/L of DOC. The standard treatment process

involves pre filtration (auto self cleaning

filter) and CIP systems for membrane

cleaning. Anti-scalant dosing is required

Prior to RO System to prevent membrane

scaling, and auto flushing and CIP systems

for membrane cleaning.

The UFBW plants are available as skid mounted.
